What NarrativeAI does.
NarrativeAI uses artificial intelligence to generate draft narrative text based on the inputs you provide. It is designed to help you move faster through the writing portions of UAD 3.6 appraisal reports by giving you a starting point — a draft — that you then review, revise, and make your own.
What NarrativeAI does not do.
NarrativeAI does not perform appraisals. It does not analyze markets, form opinions of value, or produce compliant appraisal reports. ValuWolf is a software company, not an appraiser. No output from NarrativeAI constitutes an appraisal, an appraisal review, or a professional opinion of any kind.
You are responsible for everything you sign.
Under USPAP Standards Rule 2-2 and the USPAP Ethics Rule, the appraiser who signs and certifies a report is personally and solely responsible for all content in that report — regardless of how the draft was created or what tools were used. Your certification is yours. If you incorporate NarrativeAI output into a report and sign it, that content becomes yours in the eyes of USPAP, your state licensing board, your clients, and any GSE or lender reviewing the report. Your state appraisal board can sanction you for content in reports you sign, regardless of the tool that generated it.

ValuWolf makes no representation that NarrativeAI output is USPAP-compliant, meets any GSE or lender guideline, or satisfies any professional or regulatory obligation. AI language models can produce plausible-sounding but incorrect, outdated, or imprecise text. You must review and verify every word before use.
Protect your client's confidentiality.
USPAP requires you to protect confidential information — including client name, borrower name, property address, and value conclusions. Do not input that information into NarrativeAI. Input only property characteristics, market data, and analytical details that are not subject to confidentiality restrictions.
